This season we’re going to tell you about Lionshare’s latest initiative – The Leadership Games. Why should you care? Because it’s an embodiment of what intentional discipleship can look like. Lionshare intentionally gathered older leaders who were interested in discipling younger leaders. They spent a year training and then came to the Leadership Games to meet young leaders who had been invited to take part and expressed a desire to have someone disciple them. They were split up by vocational field – those working in health and mental health professions; business; arts & entertainment; government, law & security; and the church. What happened and is it working?
